Kourosh Asgari
Kourosh AsgariTechnical Director, Creative Producer
Kourosh is a digital artist and multimedia producer, with extensive knowledge and creativity in the Audio-Visual Arts. He's involved in everything from TV Pilots, Web Series, Animation Podcasts, Online & Broadcast Media, Branded Content and Games; to Film Shorts, Film Features and Documentaries. He tends to work across the fields of Concept, Design, Narrative and Development, holding numerous, and often simultaneous, technical roles. Kourosh also spends time as an Academic Tutor, helping his students find their feet in the Industry, gain fluency in Digital Softwares, and master the worlds of Pre- & Post-Production. He studied at the New York Film Academy, London Film Academy, Central St. Martin's, Wimbledon College of Art, and Chelsea College of Art & Design.
Col Spector
Col SpectorDirector
Col Spector is an award-winning director who began his career producing and directing documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4. These include “Just Enough Distance” “The Lost Supper” "The Real Alan Clark", and “Trouble At The House.” He then went on to write and direct the short comedy drama “New Year’s Eve” (starring Stephen Mangan & Keira Knightley) before making his feature debut with the low-budget unromantic comedy “Someone Else” (starring Stephen Mangan & Susan Lynch) which was distributed by Soda Pictures in the UK and the IFC/Sundance Channel in the US. His second feature, the relationship comedy Honeymooner (starring Gerard Kearns) was also distributed in the UK by Soda Pictures and recently broadcast on BBC1. He is currently in pre-production on a new dramedy feature.
John Raggett
John RaggettDirector of Photography
John is a lighting cameraman (Director of Photography) with 15 year experience. He has been the DOP on nine medium feature films, all with international DVD releases. He has also shot a large number of ads, music promo's such as Justin Hawkin's The Darkness and short films. Of late John has been working with several Asian broadcasters on a variety of entertainment content including chat shows music magazine programs and live event work.

John has also worked in the corporate information and training filed. He has a wide experience of camera formats including 35mm spherical and anamorphic 16mm , DVCAM, HD tape, HD solid state and DSLR.
Eric Deacon
Eric DeaconActor, Writer, Director
Eric is a highly experienced, Bafta and Ifta nominated screenwriter. His work includes Prime Suspect, starring the Oscar winning Helen Mirren and Relative Strangers with another Oscar winning actress, Brenda Fricker. His television work includes: Statement of Affairs: Carlton. Blind Ambition: YTV. McCadden:RTE. The Bill: Pearson/ITV. The Lodge: YTV. Lovejoy: BBC. Holby City: BBC.

Other projects include: Holy Night; a WW1 feature for Sandford Pilsbury Prods. Monkey Business; a feature set in Somalia for Samico International. Blood for Blood, an action movie for US Producer Paul Boyington. Gifted, Producer Stefan d’Bart’. He is currently attached as Showrunner on Subterranean, a 13 part international drama series now in development.

Engaged. A 35 mm Short film, written and directed by Eric was a finalist in the BBC Short Films Competition and the Fuji Films Awards. Whilst Orlas Song one the Best UK Horror Short award as well as garnering numerous international nominations; including South Africa, Ireland and America.

Eric is also a successful actor with dozens of leading roles in television and film, including; Peter Greenaway's controversial A Zed and Two Noughts, the huge grossing French Film, Les Petite Anglais. Penmarric BBC series. Kings Royal BBC series. Spearhead ITV series. London’s Burning ITV series. Hard Cases ITV series.
